What we collect
We collect only what you give us or what is needed to run the site safely:
- Details you submit in our forms: name, WhatsApp or phone number, email, business name, website, industry, budget range, service of interest and any message.
- Website addresses you enter in the free audit tool, and the audit results we produce for them.
- Messages you type to the website assistant.
- Where you came from and what you did: the page you landed on, the link or campaign that brought you (UTM tags), and whether you used a tool or viewed pricing. This helps us reply sensibly and understand which marketing works.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, and records of our replies.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our forms (you can withdraw it at any time), for these purposes only:
- to reply to you, usually on WhatsApp and email, and to book your free consultation;
- to deliver what you asked for: your audit report, ROI plan or quote;
- to follow up about your enquiry, and to send useful information while you remain interested;
- to improve this website and our services, and to keep it secure and free of spam.
Who helps us handle your data
We use trusted service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. Depending on the feature you use, they include:
- Hosting and security: Vercel and Cloudflare.
- Database for enquiries: Supabase.
- Messaging: Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and an email delivery service.
- Automation: our workflow tools that send replies and alert our team.
- Website speed test: Google PageSpeed Insights receives the website address you enter in the audit tool.
- AI features: the audit write-up and the website assistant use an AI service (Anthropic). The audit data or message you send is processed by it to produce a reply. Please do not type sensitive personal information into the assistant.
Messages and opt-out
We contact you on WhatsApp, phone and email only about your enquiry and only if you consented. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or use the unsubscribe link in any email, and we will stop straight away.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS. Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database that visitors cannot read, and only our team can view them. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access and review who can see what.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how it is used;
- correct or update it;
- erase it;
- withdraw your consent;
- address a grievance, and, if you are unhappy with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children
This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use data we will update this page and the date above. Material changes that need your consent will be asked for again.
