Free things stay free
The free consultation, the AI website audit, the ROI calculator and the quote builder are free. You are never billed for them.
Paid services
Fees, billing cycles, notice periods and any refund eligibility for each paid service are set out in the written proposal or agreement we agree with you before work begins. Please read it before accepting. If anything is unclear, ask us first.
Advertising spend
Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Google, Meta or other platforms from your own accounts. We do not collect or hold your ad spend, so we cannot refund it. Any credits or refunds on ad spend are decided by the platform.
Cancelling
You can ask to pause or end a monthly service by telling us in writing (email is fine). Notice terms are stated in your agreement. We will confirm the end date and what happens to your accounts, reports and assets.
Billing questions
If you think you were billed incorrectly, write to gauravkumaronly43@gmail.com with the invoice details and we will look into it promptly.
